Colleen Signor, PharmD

President, Clinical Pharmacist

Colleen is a 2011 Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences graduate. She completed a post graduate pharmacy residency at Syracuse Veterans Medical Center and has worked as a Clinical Pharmacist at Bolton’s since 2012. She is involved in several community health improvement committees throughout Jefferson County.

Shawn Signor, PharmD

Supervising Pharmacist

Shawn is an Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences graduate. He has worked at Bolton’s Pharmacy since 2000 when he was hired as a clerk. Shawn represents our team by serving on multiple committees with Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization. He serves as a preceptor for IPPE/APPEs from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, University of Saint Joseph School of Pharmacy and Physician Assistant Studies, and other schools as needed. He currently serves on the Arc Jefferson - St. Lawrence New York Board of Directors and multiple committees within the organization.

Morgan Burns, PharmD

Staff Pharmacist, DSMES Course Coordinator

Morgan joined Bolton's during the peak of us rolling out our Covid-19 vaccinations as an intern! She proved very quickly to be a vital part of the team, even as a student. Since then, she has obtained her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2022. She has championed our DSMES program, assisting our pharmacy with pioneering our way into providing better care for our patients who are living with diabetes. She will be among some of the first pharmacists to provide DSMES in the state. Her passion for pharmacy continues to show, and we look forward to the care she can provide for our patients going forward.
